After Supreme Courtroom Ruling, Faculty District Will Reinstate Soccer Coach Fired for Praying

The justices dominated 6-3 in Kennedy’s favor, with Justice Neil Gorsuch writing within the majority opinion that the “Free Train and Free Speech Clauses of the First Modification defend a person participating in a private non secular observance from authorities reprisal.”
